convenient location helpful staff breakfast terrace
i found the location very convenient near major landmarks. it was a short walk to the sea. the staff were helpful with my requests. the breakfast terrace provided views of the bosphorus.
the walls seemed thin, i heard some noise from adjacent rooms.

poor soundproofing disruptive noise
Breakfast included a lot of cheese and vegetables in accordance with local customs. Fresh bottled water was replenished in the room every day, which I found acceptable.
I encountered a problem with soundproofing . I could clearly hear noises and discussions from neighboring rooms, it was quite disruptive. The noise made it difficult to relax and sleep well. I think the hotel should really invest in better sound insulation.

great breakfast comfortable room convenient location poor soundproofing taxi service long wait
the breakfast was great (there was a lot of variety). the room was very comfy and tidy. the location was really convenient for seeing the sights. it made getting around very easy.
the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear conversations from other rooms. also, the taxi that the hotel booked did not use the meter. i waited a while for the taxi to arrive as well.

major attraction dining option comfortable bed
the hotel is close to major attractions. ayasofya is about a five-minute walk away. there are also many dining options nearby. the room was clean. the bed was comfortable too.
the street near the hotel is not very appealing. this was a slight disappointment initially. the service and staff were great, though.

the location offers easy access to historical sites. the blue mosque and ayasofya are close by. the hotel is also near the train station, it allows easy travel to other parts of the city.

helpful staff breakfast choice attentive staff
the front desk staff provided maps and transport advice. fatih and ferhat were especially helpful. breakfast had many choices. the hotel was very clean. i appreciated the special attention from the attentive restaurant staff. all this service makes a big difference.
some streets by the hotel are quite steep. this could be hard for people with mobility issues.
