the front desk staff provided maps and transport advice. fatih and ferhat were especially helpful. breakfast had many choices. the hotel was very clean. i appreciated the special attention from the attentive restaurant staff. all this service makes a big difference.
some streets by the hotel are quite steep. this could be hard for people with mobility issues.

The location is excellent. Major attractions are within a short walk. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided useful information for organizing visits to key monuments. I appreciated the room, comfortable and quiet.
The soundproofing was not great. I could hear discussions from neighboring rooms.
